Kim Summers is a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College with a degree in Funeral Service. She has been a Crematory Operator since 2007. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Transport & Crematory Manager
Whitney Jordan is a native of Belmont, NC and a graduate of South Point High School. She received her Crematory Operations Certification from CANA in July 2020 and holds a Transport and Removal permit through the NCBFS.
In 2007, Whitney married her high school sweetheart, Jonathan Jordan. Whitney and Jonathan reside in Gaston County where they raise their three children, Landon, Kolton and Emaleigh.
She loves animals, particularly her Golden Retriever, Boomer and Aussiedoodle, Slater. She enjoys vacationing at the beach, road trips, camping and watching her kids’ wrestling matches.
Funeral Service Licensee
Jacob Propst is a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College with a degree in Funeral Service. He enjoys being able to help families during difficult times. A native of Casar, he now resides in Shelby, North Carolina, with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he likes going to the gym, taking his daughter to the park, hunting, fishing and spending time with family & friends.
Location Manager
Jackie Duncan is a graduate of Gupton Jones Mortuary School in Atlanta, Georgia, where she received her Funeral License in 1987. She enjoys helping families through the hardest times of their lives, and got into funeral service after the loss of her uncle. Jackie enjoys spending time with family, traveling and reading.
Lead Director/FS Apprentice
Chad Cotton is a graduate of Fayetteville Technical Community College with a degree in Funeral Directing. Starting at the young age of fifteen, Chad began his career in funeral service, working in his hometown of Gastonia, NC. He enjoys dedicating his time to the community, not only in funeral service but also as a volunteer firefighter. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, horseback riding and hunting.
