Mr. William Earl Pilkington of Gastonia passed on Friday, September 3rd, 2021 at the age of 87. He is preceded in death by his parents Howie Lawton Pilkington and Dorothy Nell Buchanan Pilkington. For Mr. Pilkington, his family and God were his life. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved camping with his family. He was known as a good man and never met a stranger. He could often be found helping others with anything they may need.
Mr. Pilkington leaves behind his wife Linda Faye Stines Pilkington, his children Nathan Wayne Pilkington, Rhonda Gail Pilkington Swenson, William Eugene Pilkington, David Timothy Pilkington, 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
