Obituary for Todd Edward Altman
Honoring the memory of Todd Altman
When he was young, Todd could be found outside of school with his reel at turtle cove next to the trestle in East Belmont. He was a music lover, liked to draw and was often on the riverbank. Adventures and escapades in the 80s were legendary. A book could be written about the times and early days in East End, school events, concerts, learning to play guitars, Eastridge Mall, Dance clubs: Weekends, Dimensions, Glory Days),arcades and of course, the river. A close friend’s mother recently commented, "Y'all sure done a lot of living, and you seemed to enjoy every minute of it!" Our lives were enriched by Todd like no other.
Todd was preceded in death by Grandparents: Joel Bednego, Elsie Hill, Dennis Altman, Leola Matthews.
Stepfather: Billy Joe McKenzie; Nephew: Seth Fox. He is survived by his mother: Rebecca Bednego McKenzie; Father: Loris Altman; Sisters: Connie Altman Fox (Dan), Crystal Altman Kirkland (John), Rhonda McKenzie Cherry (Noel), Carol McKenzie; Brothers: Jerry & Billy McKenzie. And various beloved nephews, nieces, cousins and many many friends!
