Chase was a beloved Son, brother, nephew, grandson, cousin, and friend.
Chase is Survived by his father and best friend Erikk Fleming, his mother Stephanie Pruett, his sister Kami Pruett, and brother Josh Pruett. He will be truly missed by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and countless friends.
Chases celebration of life will be held on Saturday Feb. 19th. Everyone is invited and attendance is greatly appreciated.
