Terry Wayne Stephenson of Bessmer city made his transition to his heavenly home on February 14, 2023 surrounding by his loving family. Terry is preceded in death by his wife Marquita Stephenson, his mother Marie Adams, brothers Ricky Stephenson, Richard Stephenson, and niece Linda Tony. Terry was a member of the Mooselodge in Belmont 1749. Terry was loved by everyone who met him he love to tell stories just about life. He and Marquita were riding buddies and life partners. He was always the father figure for any child whose father refused to be in the picture. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and son. He loved to be mischievous and make people laugh. He will be missed by everyone

Left to cherish his memories are his son Terry Wayne Stephenson II and his daughter LaQuita Mcginnis (husband Grant) and his eight grand children, LeQuita Stone (husband Christian) John (wife Heather), Trinity Mginnis, Haily Stephenson (boyfriend Dustin Mangus), Eternity McGinnis, Joshua Crouch, Davina McGinnis, and Remington McGinnis. Terry has five great grand kids. Terry is also survived by brother Clinton Stephenson (Martha) Sisters Joanne Hughes (Larry) Katie Walker (Charlie) and nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews with great great nieces and nephews and many cousins.

A viewing of Terry is held February 16th @ 2pm at Simple Services in Gastonia, NC and his last ride and memorial celebration will be held on Febuary 25th at 2pm starting at Simple Services and leading to his home in Bessemer City, NC. This amazing man is very loved and will be missed by so many, may he rest in peace
