Terry Isaac Smith, age 61, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Born in Pikeville KY. on August 14, 1959, he was the son of the late Isaac and Dorothy Dutton Smith. Terry was a member of The Pointe church in Belmont. He was a carpenter by trade and worked various jobs and places. Terry loved fishing, playing pool, and Nascar. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Smith.
Terry is survived by his wife of 21 years, Charlene Hall Smith; a daughter, Terri Rowlett and husband Shawn of Ky; two grandsons, Matthew and Isaiah Rowlett; and his canine companion, “Tucker”.
