Susan Russell Fogerty, age 76, died on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at Terra Bella
Senior Living in Cramerton, NC after a short battle with cancer. Born in Camden,
South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Gene and Jane Russell and sister
of the late Gene Clarkson Russell. She was a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia for
over forty years, worked part time as an antiques dealer, and was a homemaker.
Susan was a dog lover, active backyard bird watcher, gardener, and enjoyed
spending time with her family.
Susan is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Fogerty; oldest daughter
Lisa Millspaw, son-in-law Ben, grandsons Josh and Alex, and granddog Dixie of
Belmont, NC; middle daughter Becki Fogerty, son-in-law Matt Lenno, grandson,
Troy, and granddog Trouble of Baltimore, MD; and youngest son Tim Fogerty,
daughter-in-law Jenn Parker Fogerty, and granddog Scarlett Anne of Wilson, NC;
and a few adult nieces and a nephew.
A celebration of life will be held privately with her family.
