Obituary for Summer Daun Alexander (Goins)
Summer Daun Alexander “Goins” February 6th, 1987- August 10th,2021
Preceded in death By, Mother Theresa Shuford and Father Michael Goins.
Left to remember her are her Sister Tavia McCarter, Nieces Alyssa Strange and Bayleigh “Alex” McCarter. She also leaves behind the love of her life, and Fiancé Fredrick Guthrie, and longtime best friend Lisa Spiker and numerous God Children who she loved greatly. Summer had many friends and was a very loved individual. She loved people and her energy drew people to her.
Summer was employed at Whiskey Mill, Gastonia where she worked as a server and her work family were especially important to her.
Summer graduated class 2005 from Burns High School. Summer attended Gaston college for accreditations in Nurse Assisting and Med Aide. Summer work as Supervisor in Assisted living for over ten years.
The Family will hold a memorial service Sunday, August 15th, 2021, at 2pm At Westview Baptist Church 3385 Fairview Dr Gastonia, NC 28052, all are invited to join Summer’s Celebration of Life Ceremony. Officiating will be Ms. Tami Edwards.
The family will accept all donations, Flowers, condolences in C/o Tavia McCarter @ 2416 Hillcrest rd., Dallas, NC
