Obituary for Sebastian Edgar Richard
Sebastian Richard, age 2, gained his angel wings on Saturday, November 12, 2022 surrounded by his family. Born in Gaston County on January 13, 2020, he was the son of Michael Richard and Abigail “Abby” Kay Richard. He was only on this earth for a little time, but Sebastian touched so many lives. Sebastian is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gerald Kay; great grandparents, Edgar Gilbert and Joyce Gilbert, John and Glenda Kay; Aunt, Pam Kay; and an Uncle, Shane Ramsey.
In addition to his parents, Sebastian is survived by a sister, Arriel Pearson; Maternal grandmother, Lisa Hollifield and husband Papaw Dave; paternal grandparents, Crystal Gilbert, and F. E. Richard II and wife Kristy; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 2:00pm in the chapel of A Simple Service Burial and Cremation, 451 Hospital Drive, Gastonia, with Rev. Ronald Roberts officiating.
