Rebecca Ann Flowers, age 44, died on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaston County on July 26, 1978, she was the daughter of Franklin Anthony Flowers and wife Lisa of Gastonia and Wanda Lee Matthews Arnold of Belmont. Rebecca loved gardening and fishing.

Rebecca is survived by a son, James Anthony Pilgrim; a daughter, Jessica Lee Flowers of Belmont; a brother, Michael Buchanan and wife Allison; boyfriend, Michael Rowland of Belmont; half sister, Allison Flowers Aho of SC; step siblings, Richard Buchanan, Billy Buchanan; Amy Shelton, Jason Shelton; step children; Travis Rowland, Libby Rowland, Michaela Rowland, Granddaughter, Sophia Rodriguez; Aunts and Uncles, LIsa Mathis, Gena Clark, Wayne Crawford Jr., Phillip Crawford, William Buchanan; and many other loving family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2022 at Fariview Baptist Church at 3:00 pm. A potluck meal, following the service in fellowship hall.
