Obituary for Margie Kathleen Grindstaff (Martin)
Margie Kathleen Martin Grindstaff passed away at home, surrounded by loved ones on Sunday March 12th, 2023 at the age of 63.
Margie was a loving mother and grandmother. She worked for Rouch industries for more than 20 years as a machine operator.
Margie is survived by her husband Nelson Grindstaff, ex-husband and friend Ricky Edwards Sr.,sister in law Kay Moore brother Robert Martin and sisters Betty Meeks, Frieda Medlin and Patricia Inman, Son Ricky Edwards Jr., Justin Grinstaff, Daughter Sherri Greene and husband Jamie Greene, grandchildren Brendon Edwards, Logan Greene, Joshua Greene, Bryson Greene and Lacey Greene, and great grandchildren Caleb and Lily Greene.
Margie is one of 10 children from the late Frank and Mildred Martin. She was preceded in death by brothers Frank Jr., David, John and Wade Martin, and sister Roxie Revels.
Services will be held at The Freewill Baptist Church of Jesus Christ located at 145 Hamrick Drive Gastonia N.C. 28056.
