Margaret McAlister , age 66, beloved sister, aunt, friend and most importantly devoted servant of God, transitioned to her Heavenly home on February 15, 2022. She took her last breath on a ventilator due to Covid, and her next as a whole, healed Margaret in the arms of Jesus. She is survived by her sister, Mary Anne Wilkins, nephews Matthew and Jason Simpson, niece Amber Miller, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Also surviving are precious great nephews C.J. and his wife Lily, Wesley and Elliott Miller and Jaxon Simpson, great niece Addison Simpson, great-great niece Luella Miller, And her best friend and great-great niece, Camila Grace Miller. Margaret was loved by many and very important to us all and her presence with us will be greatly missed. But her influence on all she touched is eternal. A Celebration of Margaret’s life is planned for Saturday February 26, 2022 at 2 pm at First Baptist Church of Charlotte, 301 S. Davidson Street, Charlotte. Masks are preferred but are optional.
