Obituary for Kevin Patrick Mulligan
Kevin Patrick Mulligan, 49, passed away December 15, 2018 at his home. He was born March 9, 1969 in Orange, California, son of Lysbeth Hart and the late William Carroll Mulligan.
Mr. Mulligan is survived by his mother, Lysbeth Hart; his beloved children, Shannon Lysbeth Lynne Mulligan, Thommy Ben Mulligan, Connor Patrick Franklin Mulligan, and Scarlett Dawn Mulligan; his sisters, Shannon Ross and Kristen Thrailkill; and his precious granddaughter, Aliyah Marie, whom he adored.
A memorial service for Mr. Mulligan will be held at the family's home Sunday, December 23, at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202
