Judy M. Starnes, 69, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, June 21, 2019. She was born September 6, 1949, a daughter of the late JD McManus and Eula Mae Neely McManus.
Mrs. Starnes is survived by her husband, Marvin Starnes; daughters, Tammy Cauthen and Donna Starnes; son, Fuzzy Starnes and his wife Jackie; brother, Kenneth McManus and his wife Brenda; sisters, Linda Boyd and Geraldine Plyler and her husband Dewey; grandchildren, Donnette Mackey, Summer Short, Amber Corder, Brandon Starnes, and Jonathon Frye; and great-grandchildren, Gavin Mackey, Austin Funderburk, Nahaven Funderburk, Ansleigh Starnes, and Zander Starnes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Richard McManus, Todd McManus, and Michael McManus, and a sister, Dora Ann Roberts.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Sunday, June 23 at A Simple Service Burial and Cremation. A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Monday, June 24 at the funeral home officiated by the Rev. Douglas Pate.
