Joey Kyle Baker, age 34, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaston County on January 27, 1987, he was the son of Gary and Donna Baker Crosby of Kings Mountain. Joey was a member of Christian Fellowship Church. He enjoyed being with family and playing with his nephews. Joey is preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty and Jerry Baker and Jean Bryant.

In addition to his parents, Joey is survived by a sister, Kayla White of Kings Mountain; a brother, Jacob Crosby of Colorado; grandfather, Gary Bryant of Bessemer City; an uncle and aunt Jody Baker and Monica Dockery of Gastonia; fiancee Tina Davis of Shelby; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Private service will be held.
