Waco- George Junior Baldock, of Waco, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 in Shelby.
George was born in St Clair County Michigan on August 1, 1942 to George W and Lillian M Baldock , who preceded him in death. He was also predeceased by Siblings :Elmer Baldock, (KIA in Korea) Leona Brennan, Aletha Riddle; Roy Baldock, Floyd Baldock, Ray Baldock.
George leaves behind his loving wife Carolyn Irene Baldock, Children: Michelle D Jordon (Stacy), Joseph R Baldock (Tonya) Charity C Chamberlain (Troy) Grandchildren: Sara Lail (Jeff) Brittany Kirk, Stacy Jordon Jr., Tyler Chamberlain (Kara) Nick, (fiancé Genesis)
Tabitha Baldock, Savannah Tindall, (Johnny) Dylan Baldock, Great grandchildren: Devon Lail, Azylan Kirk, Nadia Kirk, Zaiden Kirk. George also has a granddaughter Connie Jordan, and a great grandson Uriah in Australia that did not have the pleasure of meeting him.
George retired from Grand Trunk Western Railroad in 1991, and Moved from Port Huron Michigan to Gaston County NC.
He loved to fish, did a little deer hunting and was a decent bowler. He raised his children to know right from wrong, to have a good work ethic and to take care of family. He will be missed until we “all gather at the river”😉 I’m sure he will have a fishing pole in hand.
