Obituary for Dorothy Marie Meroney (Lehman)
Dorothy Marie Lehman Meroney, age 89, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House. Born in Troy, Ohio on September 21, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Carl B. and Mary Elizabeth Covault Lehman. Dorothy loved spending time with her only grandchild, Wade, camping, crafts, her cats, NASCAR racing, putting puzzles together, sewing, spending time with her family, watching the birds, and her love, faith, and Christian fellowship with the Lord. In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by a brother, Beryl Lehman.
Dorothy is survived by her husband 63, years, Donald Meroney; a son, Kenneth (Tammie) Meroney of Iron Station; grandson, Wade Meroney of Iron Station; two daughters, Denise Meroney and Lori Meroney of Deerfield Beach FL; and a sister, Joyce (Larry) Ratcliff of Troy Ohio.
A private service will be held at a later date.
