Obituary for Dianna Lynn Barlowe (Lancaster)
Dianna Lynn Lancaster Barlowe, age 67, died Friday, May 20, 2022 at her home. Born in Gaston County on July 6, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Pauline Evelyn Parris Whisenant and William Ashley Lancaster, Sr and his wife Margorie. In addition to her parents, Lynn is preceded in death by two brothers, William Ashley Lancaster, Jr and Wayne Hubert Lancaster.
Lynn is survived by a sister, Paula Dawn Lancaster Neal of Dallas; a daughter, Ashley Barlowe Whitlock of Charlotte; grandson, Jacob Warren Whitlock of Belmont; nieces, nephews and other extended family; loving companion Freddie Star of Dallas; and her beloved yorkie, “Sophie”.
Private service will be held at a later date.
