Diane Burdette Pendleton, age 81, died on September 30, 2023 at her home. Born in Gaston County on January 6, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Jack Alvin Burdette and Pearl Elizabeth Dagenhardt Burdette. Diane was a member of Maylo United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Diane is preceded in death by her husband Larry Pendleton, sister Jackie Allen and nephew Brent Burdette.

Diane is survived by a daughter, Dana Pendleton, granddaughter Alexandria Gibbons Bridges (William), great grandson Weston Bridges, brother Claude Burdette (Gail), sister Sherry Cotnam (Lee) and sister in-laws Kathy Deck (Sam) and Sandy Pendleton.

A celebration of life will be held on October 10, 2023.
