Obituary for Bob Harrison Jenkins Jr.
Bob Harrison Jenkins Jr., age 65, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaston County on January 29, 1956, he was the son of the late Bob Harrison and Oma Lee Cole Jenkins. Bob enjoyed fishing. In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by a sister, Ann Brown.
Bob is survived by his wife of 37 years, Vickie England Jenkins; a son, Michael England and wife Becky of Gastonia; three grandchildren, Brett England, Breanna England, and Alyssa England; three great grandchildren, Liam Hammond, Isabella Hammond and Paisley England; niece and nephew; Debra Summerlin and Tracy Reed.
Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 2:00pm in the chapel of A Simple Service. The family will receive friends following the service.
