Billy Charles Jenkins, Jr, age 47 passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at his home. Born in Lincoln County on March 20, 1973 he was the son of Billy Charles and Theresa Ernestine Hamby Jenkins of Dallas. Billy was an upholster for Ethan Allen in Maiden. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and family. Billy is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dixie Rae.
In addition to his parents, Billy is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lynda Malone Jenkins; a son, Brandon Jenkins and wife Emily of Dallas; a daughter, Winter Jones and husband Sean of Dallas; two grandchildren, Leland Jenkins and Autumn Jones; a brother, Tony Jenkins and wife Bambi of Dallas; a nephew, Colby Jenkins; and his canine companion, “Maddie”.

Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm at A Simple Service Burial and Cremation at 451 Hospital Drive, Gastonia NC.
