Obituary for Billie Jean Sims (Wright)
Billie Jean Wright Sims, age 71 passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Robin Johnson Hospice House. Born in Morehead Parrish LA, on March 23, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Lilly Mae Blackwell Wright. Billie enjoyed computer games, eating out, reading and watching movies. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Billie is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Wright and Tommy Wright
Billie is survived by two sons, Henry Clifton Jones of Gastonia and James Nelson Jones and wife Jill of Livingston TX; a daughter, Melissa Ann Lightner of Clover SC; two brothers, Harvey Wright of Branson MO and Bobby Wright of Herbert LA; a sister, Connie Wright of Springfield MO; grandchildren, Samantha Jones, Brandi Brock, Deidre Jones, Emily Jones, James Jones Jr.; great grandchildren, Layton Jones, Trista Jones and Haley Young, Avery Tidwell, and Helden Schaefer.
Service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in the chapel of A Simple Service.
