Billie Jean Gingles Howard, 87, passed away March 28, 2019.
She was born July 29, 1931 to the late Willie A. and Marie C. Gingles of Lowell.
Mrs. Howard was also preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Howard , son Reginald Howard and daughter Joyce Crosby.
She leaves behind son Mark Howard and wife Angie, and three sisters- Geneva Trent, Alberta Ludd and Barbara Johnson and husband Oris, her nieces Katherine Nutter and Elizabeth Fleming, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Billie was always smiling and brought a smile to the faces of those around her and would enjoy playing Bingo with her Belaire family.
A service will be held at A Simple Service on Thursday, April 4 starting at 1pm.
