In Loving Memory of Beatrice Dodds

Beatrice was born on November 18, 1928, in Cleveland Ohio- where she spent the first 70 plus years of her life
It was not until the death of Catherine Burnette (her aunt) whom Beatrice lived with since her teenage years,
She later moved to Detroit Michigan with her niece Vera James, and two sons. In 2004—Beatrice relocated along with her family members to North Carolina where she remained until her finale days. Beatrice was an amazing person, always thinking and caring of others.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her three siblings, her two nieces, Sheila Ramos, and, Renee Garrison.
She is survived by three nephews: Nebraska Howard, Roosevelt James, Clyde James and, six nieces, Gale North, Parthenia Onyemachi, Carvale Howard, Verve Howard, Zerita White, Vera James, and, a host of great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of A Simple Service, 451 Hospital Drive, Gastonia NC 28054, on Friday, August 28th from 2 o'clock until 3 o'clock.
