Haithcock, Arthur Kevin, age 62, formerly of Cramerton, NC, passed away Sunday, August 29,
2021. He was a graduate of South Point High School in Belmont, NC, and a loyal Red Raiders
fan. He attended Gaston College in Dallas, NC, where he would start his long career as an
HVAC technician and then became a small business owner of Arthur’s Seasonal Temperature
Services. Arthur, known as “Kevin” growing up, was an avid huntsman with a love of the great
outdoors his entire life. Arthur was devoted to his church where he loved to praise the Lord,
especially in the church choir. Arthur was a best friend and a joyous spirit, but first and
foremost, a father to his 4 children, that he loved unconditionally with all his heart. He enjoyed
fishing, family camping trips, beach excursions, and grilling on the BBQ on Sunday afternoons.
Preceded in death by his parents Ray and Betty Haithcock, and his brother Steve Haithcock. He
is survived by his brother Michael Haithcock; son, Kristopher Haithcock and his significant
other, Christina; daughter, Krystle Watson and her husband, Aaron; daughter, Racheal Martin
and her husband Kenneth; son, Kevin “Todd” Haithcock; Two grandchildren, Harvey and
Alexander; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Receiving will be held at 1 pm Sunday,
September 5, 2021, with Memorial Services starting at 2 pm at City Church, 3100 City Church
St., Gastonia, NC 28056, with Pastor Steve Black. The family is being served by A Simple
Service Burial and Cremation in Gastonia.
