Obituary for Eleanor Hamrick
GASTONIA — Eleanor Greene Hamrick aged 84, passed away peacefully at home December 12, 2018.
She is preceded in death by her parents Howard Lee Greene and Mattie Cheever Greene, her brother Wilford Lee “Jack” Greene and sisters Velle Camp and Jean Tisdale.
Mrs. Hamrick leaves behind her loving husband of 66 years, Donald Lee Hamrick, children- Julie Hamrick McKinney and Greg Hamrick, sister in law- Sally Britton, grandchildren-Ryan Hamrick and Kendall McKinney, great-grandchild Maverick Hamrick and special nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Visitation is Saturday December 15, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:30am and funeral service 12:00pm to 1:00pm
At A Simple Service funeral home in Gastonia, NC
Interment will be at Bethel Baptist Church in Ellenboro, NC at 2:30pm
