Angela Hope Walker, age 49, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Born in Gaston County on April 19, 1971 she was the daughter of Scheffney Queen of Gastonia and Jerry Walker Jr,. Gastonia. Angie enjoyed listening to Rock n Roll, being with her family, especially her grandchildren. Angie is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Louis and Lou Davis Queen, paternal grandparents, Jerry and Dot Walker.

In addition to her parents, Angie is survived by a son, Cameron Walker and fiancee Harmoni McIntire of Gastonia; a daughter, Taylor Jenkins and husband Steven of Mt. Holly; a sister Kelly Walker; five grandchildren, Brayden Hicks, Kayden Hicks, Rhyder Hicks, Stella Jenkins, and Liam Walker; aunts and uncles, Wayne and Angela Queen, David and Vicki Queen, Matt Queen, Robin Walker, and special friends, Dawn Cox and Gina Putnam.

Celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 at A Simple Service Burial and Cremation from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
